The Couple and Their Story
Julianne and John are an incredibly lively and charming couple. Julianne has lived in Italy and loves speaking Italian, which made our first meeting even more special. During our video call, I had the chance to learn a lot about them and how to best tell their story. We talked about our passions, and at one point, I mentioned my experience in Dublin and my love for Irish whiskey. Little did I know that on the wedding day, Julianne would welcome me with an incredible gift: a bottle of whiskey straight from Ireland. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our connection even more special. Of course, I managed to resist opening it until the editing session was over… well, almost!
The Locations and more
The entire wedding took place at the stunning Masseria Casavola, in Martina Franca. This charming venue, surrounded by nature, was the perfect setting to welcome friends and family who had traveled from different parts of the world. The impeccable organization was handled by Pia from Puglia Ever After Weddings, who ensured every detail was flawless. The catering was provided by Rotondo Catering, known for their excellence, while the floral arrangements, curated by Il Bocciolo, added a magical touch to the atmosphere.
The day started perfectly, with the weather holding up and everything running smoothly—until a few unexpected raindrops decided to make an appearance at the most crucial moment. But no worries! Thanks to Pia and her team’s efficiency, the backup plan was executed in no time, and even the guests jumped in to help with the impromptu relocation. The rain didn’t dampen the emotions of the ceremony; in fact, it added a poetic soundtrack to the exchange of vows. And as if scripted in a perfect movie scene, the moment they said “I do,” the sun reappeared to shine on our newlyweds.
After the ceremony, the atmosphere turned into a joyful and energetic celebration. Laughter, heartfelt speeches, and unforgettable moments filled the evening. And as a grand finale, traditional Irish dancing took over the party, bringing an explosion of energy and cultural fusion.
A few hours after receiving their wedding video, Julianne and John sent me this message:

The video is amazing and everything that we wanted. It captures us and our day perfectly. We’re just laughing the whole time and that’s exactly how it felt. It’s really us and we love it.
